CANCELLATION POLICY

• In case of cancellation by the passenger at least 48 hours prior to the start of the service, 100% of the amount paid will be refunded, minus a 6% charge corresponding to administrative and transaction expenses. This amount reflects actual costs incurred in the management process and does not constitute a penalty or fine.
• For cancellations made less than 48 hours before the start of the service, no refund will be granted, as operational and logistical costs are already committed at that stage.
• Refunds will be processed through the same payment method used for the purchase. The estimated reimbursement period is 15 to 30 business days, depending on the timelines of the respective financial institutions.

CHANGE POLICY

• One change is allowed without penalty, always subject to availability for the new selected date.
• If more than one change is required, an additional fee of USD 25 will be applied per modified ticket.

LUGGAGE

Passengers’ luggage will be received and delivered together with the means of transport in all cases.

The following is allowed free of charge:
- One checked bag up to 23 kg (maximum dimensions: 158 linear cm)
- One carry-on up to 10 kg (maximum dimensions: 115 linear cm)
- One personal item (such as a backpack or handbag)

The personal item is the responsibility of each passenger and must not exceed 45 cm x 35 cm x 20 cm (height x length x width).

Any luggage exceeding the permitted size or weight will be considered extra luggage and must be transported with the rest of the baggage.

Extra luggage:
Any additional piece beyond what is included in the ticket, or any item exceeding the allowed weight or dimensions, will be considered extra luggage.

Each extra or overweight piece will incur a charge of US$40 per unit, with a maximum allowed weight of 32 kg per piece.
