PUERTO VARAS GENERAL CONDITIONS
- Turistour reserves the right to modify the both program and vehicle type used on the excursions.
- Turistour reserves the right in case of unforeseeable circumstances to cancel any excursion without prior notice.
- The company shall not be held responsible for loss of personal items left in the vehicles.
- One standard suitcase and one item of hand luggage is the maximum permitted per passenger. If extra luggage is required, passengers must request a vehicle with greater capacity.
- Passengers must return to the vehicle at the time specified by the guide throughout the excursion. It is the passenger's responsibility to be at the specified meeting point at the given time. Failing to do so may result in loss of the excursion and/or getting lost, and the passenger will be responsible for arranging and paying for their return to the hotel.
- Entry to parks and museums shall be paid for by the passenger, unless expressly stated as included in the package.
- Costs are subject to change without prior notice.
- Reservations are valid once payment is received.
Child policy
- Children aged from 0 to 23 months go free.
- Children aged from 2 to 11 years pay 65% of price. Cruce Andino 50%

- Each child must be accompanied by an adult.
Refunds policy
- Cancellations must be made only from Monday to Friday between 9:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. (Santiago, Chile time).
- Cancellations more than 48 hours before the service will have a charge of 5% of the canceled value.
- Cancellations less than 48 hours before the service will not have a refund.
Responsibility
Turistour shall not be held responsible for unforeseeable circumstances such as: earthquakes, epidemics, illness, weather, strikes, war, government restrictions or any other event outside Turistour control.
Insurance
Passengers should have all insurance currently required by law.
Validity
Prices listed on this site are valid at date of publication and are subject to change without prior notice from Turistour.
Program publication
- Turistour reserves the right to alter, modify or remove published itineraries if circumstances beyond their control, or unforeseen circumstances, cause them to do so in order to better deliver the planned activities or contracted services.
- Passengers hereby declare that they understand and accept that all quotes or prices are subject to change due to fluctuation in the currency used to pay for services.
- Values expressed in dollars, or their equivalent in the national currency, are based on exchange rate on the date of purchase.

CONDITIONS OF THE TRIP WITH ACCOMMODATION

BIKE&BOAT CONDITIONS
- When contracting Cruce Andino Bike&Boat only the lake sections of the crossing are contracted.
- The land sections must be completed by the passenger on their bicycle.
- The suggested season for Bike&Boat is between the months of September to April.
- Maximum number per group: 20 cyclists.

CANCELLATION POLICY

LUGGAGE
