 More flexibility on your next trip!

We have improved our flexibility policies in current and future reservations, so that you can freely change the date or destination of your tour and suit your new plans.

We extended the date for the use of our return voucher, until December 31, 2021. In addition, in all your purchases made between August 01 and December 31, 2020 you will be able to:

  • Change the date of your tour at no additional cost for change or fare difference.
  • Modify the tour, with no additional charge for change, paying a fare difference, if applicable.
  • Change your reservation up to 48 hours before the tour.
  • This is valid for all fares and promotions.
  • These changes are applicable to all tours made up to December 31, 2021.
  • If you do not want to travel or have not yet set the date, get a refund of the amount paid for the tour,
