We will visit the village of Chacao and continue to the Puñihuil Islets Natural Monument, one of the few places in the world that hosts nesting and breeding colonies of both Magellanic and Humboldt penguins. This privileged environment also stands out for its native and endemic flora and fauna, which will surely amaze you.

  • We will begin the journey towards the Pacific Ocean, crossing the Chacao Channel.
  • We will visit Chacao, a village dating back to the time of the Spanish conquest.
  • We will continue to Puñihuil, home to the Puñihuil Islets Natural Monument, a protected area and a paradise for birdwatchers.
  • It is the only place in the world where Humboldt and Magellanic penguins nest together.
  • On our return, we will visit Ancud, where we will explore Fort San Antonio, the local museum featuring fascinating stories, myths, and legends, and the handicraft market, completing a truly unforgettable excursion.
